Password Sharing

Please be aware that sharing of the user name and password is strictly prohibited. The use of user name and passwords will be monitored for your protection and any abuse of such may result in, but not limited to, termination of subscription and access to the members only information, $25 fee charged to credit card, denial of future use of the site, and no refund. If your account is suspected, you will not be able to log into your account.

New Member Info

If you are a new member and having trouble logging in, it's possible you have not verified your email yet. Every new member has to verify their email before logging into the website for the first time. If you should run into any issues, please feel free to Contact Us.

Login Troubles

If you started as a free member but are now a paid member and having trouble logging in, it's possible you could be using your old password from your free account. Paid members will be asked to set up a new password at purchase. Still having issues, please email us at firetesttaking@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Trying to cancel?

Make sure you're logging into the correct account. If you signed up with multiple passwords, your browser may autofill the wrong one.
